Client” refers to any customer of ABLE MOBILE who engages with our services by creating an account, subscribing to our solutions, or participating in any transaction facilitated through our platform.

Client Data” includes personal data, reports, contact information, and other relevant files that Clients or their authorized representatives upload, store, or manage within our Service infrastructure.

Public Area” means sections of the Site that any Visitor can access without logging into an account.

Restricted Area” refers to protected sections of the Site that require user authentication for access, typically restricted to Clients and authorized Users.

User” describes any individual authorized by a Client to access the Restricted Area for business purposes, including employees, agents, or other representatives.

Visitor” represents any individual browsing the Public Area of the Site without creating an account or logging in.

Minor” refers to individuals under the age of 18 years.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

ABLE MOBILE acts as a data user for personal data it collects directly from Visitors, Users, and Clients during account registration, service interactions, and customer support requests. When processing Client Data on behalf of Clients, ABLE MOBILE assumes the role of a data processor, following specific Client instructions as required by the PDPO.

ABLE MOBILE’s responsibilities include ensuring proper handling of personal data, maintaining confidentiality, and implementing safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or breaches. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the data they collect, upload, or manage within the Service complies with applicable privacy laws.

  1. Account Registration: When creating an account, we may request your name, email address, contact details, company information, and job title to facilitate account creation and management.
